Harriet Tubman is a woman that was a slave and she help over 300 slaves to go to the north.She did not give up until her family where out of the south.She died when she was 93 and she tripped to the south 17 times to help the slaves. People wanted to capture her but she was not captured.After rescuing people she did her home a place where she could help them if they where injured. In the civil war time she helped injured people she was a nurse and she was a spy for something during the civil war.
